Hi Sue, so nice to hear from you again.  Yeah I know that taste is terrible.  Think i've gotten so use to it, don't notice it that much anymore, unless it gets really bad.  Chew lots of gum, and watch what you drink from,  I know some people will use plastic utensils . Helps with the metal taste.

I'm still hanging in there,  my GFR runs about 8% most of the time. Keep pushing myself to live a normal life.

My hands , feet etc also c*** , sometimes more than others. The worst, is when it hits the ankles and shin area...OMG , them ones I just cant bare at times... I'll get in the tub, run the water as hot as I can take it, till they go away.

Worst sometimes, is how others really have no clue , what we deal with on a daily base. How we just live with it, and go on.

I will be thinking of you, please keep me up to date. Wishing and hoping all the best for you.  Thanks again for reaching out. Take care, until next time.

Doreen
